Changing of the clocks and Seasons

This weekend was the time of year that we changed our clocks. Fall back! We all gained an hour of sleep. Some really look forward to that however for me I just woke up to early. I do have to say it is nice to be able to leave for the day in the daylight.

It also signifies to me the start of winter (even if the calendar disagrees). I am looking forward to the holiday's and celebrations with family and friends.  Most of the celebrations include lots of food and drinks. It is a time if we aren't careful that our food intake can go up and our energy level can go down. It is more important than ever to continue your healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and planned food choices.  No on wants to have extra pounds by the end of the season. I try to get in extra aerobic exercise  and the Sexercise tape is an awesome and fun way to do that. If you are looking at working toward a healthy lifestyle check out www.ILoveSeXercise.com and let this program help you through the pitfalls of the holiday season.

In the fashion forecast for these celebrations it is all about sparkles and Glam. Love the looks that they are showing this year and I love the ones I was privileged to model during my Red Paris shoot. Check out the line at www.redparisusa.net. Stay abreast of all the season fashion at Bella Petite on line fashion magazine where they continually feature all the latest styles and trends www.BellaPetite.com Stand up and be noticed and remember ....Petite Girls Rock!

  1. I am a secret admirer. The things that I'd do for you are limited to the rest of my existence, but if you calculate my average expected lifespan according to insurance estimated life expectancy tables given my risk factors and assume that I'll be doing something for you at a rate of 1 per minute for the rest of this theoretical existance, that comes out to about 23M things that I will do for you, assuming that you outlive me.

If each of those things can be valued at 10 cents, that makes you a millionaire, even after taxes.
