Fall Fashion Ideas

As summer ends and fall arrivesit is time for the new fall  fashions. I went shopping the other day and I am pretty excited about some of the new things. One of the exciting things is that there is a lot out there for all of us petite girls. The first thing I noticed is the return of femininity! The fabrics are flowing soft and sexy!! The perfect combination!! As a petite we can pair these flowing tops with fitted bottoms to accentuate your curves and elongate your look. Pair with boots or wedges and you have a great everyday look for back to school or a casual get together. Another trend I noticed is that the cutout is huge for after five wear and for shoes. This is a very sexy showy look, but be careful that the cutout lands in the correct location. In addition to the new looks accessories are very important. The long necklaces from last year are still here and the bib type bling on the neck is even stronger. I love accessories because it is a great way to help update last years clothes with this years style. Also ladies the Fedora hat and tights remains a key accessory. It can be worn both in casual wear as well as give you a great tailored men's wear look which is huge this season. OK just a few things I noticed will shopping and couldn't wait to share what I discovered while trying on some of these new trends. It seems that with every turning season, I find more and more that work perfectly for us petites. To get up to date fashion news you can look at Bella Petite the only fashion magazine dedicated to the petite woman. They always have the latest ideas and suggestion because...... Traveling

As many know, I do a fair amount of traveling for modeling. I love this part of modeling because It has given me the opportunity to work with so many talented people and to see other parts of our country that I hadn't experienced before. Traveling and modeling also has a few challenges. I try and make sure exactly the scope of the shoot so that I am able to pack percisesly instead of having to carry a lot of extra things. You could go broke on added airline fees so keep you luggage to a minimum. When you arrive make sure you have an ability to rent a car. If you don't make sure you have a driver with you over the age of 25.(the miniumu age for car rental in most states) I have also invested in a portable navagation system because the added fees for these often add up to more than the car rental itself and it is a must for getting around in unknown territory. Plan ahead and your trip will be both professionally successfull and personally satitisfying. Enjoy, stay safe and remember Petite Girls Rock!!!!!

Off to New York for Me!!
